Flexible with empowered and satisfied

employees in the digital age

With people, their dignity, potential and well-being in mind, we are in
disabled company launched the project Flexible with empowered and satisfied
employees in the digital age. The purpose of the project was to transform our business model into
something modern – but still human. We were looking for ways to take small steps
achieve major changes: greater inclusion of people with disabilities, more flexibility at work,
better understanding among employees and greater company resilience in a fast-paced
changing world.

In the first phase of the project, we delved into our organization – we examined the operation
existing business model, reviewed processes, structures, communication
flows and forms of leadership. We focused in particular on strategies for inclusion
employees with disabilities and assessed their effectiveness, especially in light of their
training and competence development. We wanted to get a comprehensive picture of where
we have been – and where we can go.

The analyses helped us identify key areas where improvements were most needed.
necessary. On this basis, we have prepared a comprehensive set of measures with which we wanted to
to modernize our business model, adapt it to modern challenges, and design a working
an environment where every employee – regardless of obstacles – can develop, contribute and find
your place.

We placed special emphasis on the use of advanced yet accessible technological solutions.
and modern ICT infrastructures that enable greater flexibility and easier integration
new employees with disabilities. We also carefully planned the implementation
changes – for each step we prepared an individualized plan that took into account
the specifics of our company and the capabilities and needs of our employees.

The developed business model was not based on large investments, but on continuous
adaptation, open dialogue and care for the well-being of employees. We created
an environment in which barriers were recognized, understood and, where possible,
eliminated. An environment in which diversity was not only accepted, but valued –
as a source of strength and new opportunities.

As part of the project, we also designed a company development program and updated the internal
acts and policies – all with the aim of greater inclusion of people with disabilities, greater transparency in
operation and better competitiveness in the market. In addition, we have designed individual
career plans and prepared a targeted education and training program,
which, in addition to professional skills, also included the development of digital and other key (transversal)
competences.

Through education and training, we strengthened the self-confidence of employees, encouraged
their professional growth and contributed to greater social and economic inclusion. They believed

for everyone – and that flexibility at work is the key not only to success, but also to satisfaction.

Psychosocial support also played an important role in the project. We provided employees with

to help in difficult times. We have strengthened our support network – both within the company and
as in the wider community – and opened a space for psychological help when it was needed.
We paid special attention to creating safe spaces in which
colleagues could connect, share experiences, and find strength in community.

was more than just a set of activities – it was a journey. A journey that led us to a more inclusive,
connected and sustainable work environment. An environment where human value is at the forefront
first place. And where the future – despite all the challenges – sounds more promising.

Project activities were carried out in the period from June 2024 to the end of
