Flexible with empowered and satisfied employees in the digital age
Our organization received a project from the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, Directorate for the Disabled. The project will analyze current jobs and processes, introduce adjustments, train and support employees. It is intended to improve working conditions for the disabled and to introduce more flexible working methods.

Within the framework of the project "Flexible with empowered and satisfied employees in the digital age"
we introduced more modern forms of work, strengthened the skills of employees,
digitalize some processes and improve well-being and safety
at work.
The project took place in the period from 29. 6. 2024 to 31. 3. 2025.
We placed special emphasis on supporting employees with disabilities and
adjustments to work tasks to ensure equal opportunities and
effective integration into the work environment.

- existing work organizations,
- internal processes,
- challenges of employed disabled people,
- personnel needs and development opportunities of the company.
Key documents and foundations for the renovation have been created:
- business model update plan,
- proposal for flexible working arrangements (flexible working hours, task adjustments, remote working where possible),
- updating internal documents,
- determining performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the development of the company,
- preparation career paths for employees.
Phase 2 – Implementation of changes, training and support for employees
In the second phase, we put the measures into practice:

- prepared and carried out training
in the field of digitalization, work organization, time management,
managing stress and maintaining work-life balance
life, - introduced mentoring system and individual interviews,
- established psychosocial support to strengthen security, trust and well-being,
- We modernized the use of digital tools, which increased transparency, traceability and work efficiency.

With the implemented project, we achieved significant organizational and development improvements:

- greater work flexibility and adjustments according to the needs of employees,
- better support for employees with disabilities and greater involvement in work processes,
- increasing digital competences and the introduction of useful digital tools,
- more efficient work organization and a clearer division of tasks,
- strengthening the well-being, motivation and belonging of employees,
- increasing the long-term stability and competitiveness of the company.
These changes contribute to higher quality of work, better relationships, and sustainable development of the company.
